Position Summary
The Supervisor of Nutrition Services is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the patient meal service program, retail areas, and production areas at an assigned location. This position is responsible for directing the program and staff, and providing quality, cost effective, nutrition services to patients. This position will ensure that the standards and procedures for our patient meal service and retail food programs are met. Work situations are a variety of routine and non-routine requiring the use of discretion and good judgment in decision-making, leadership, independence, and strong organizational skills. Internal contacts are at all levels and require establishing rapport and developing strong working relationships. External contacts include vendors, outside agencies, and peers.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Associate's degree or 2 yrs. experience in lieu of degree will be considered as an exception
- Two (2) year or more experience in a supervisory capacity. This can include Lead experience or other relevant demonstrated skills in leadership at the discretion of the hiring Manager
- Experience in the use of MS Office applications and nutrition related software
- Experience in a food service setting responsible for customer service
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a retail or food service setting

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $57,949.00 - $83,366.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
