Job description

Job Summary: Manage case work and work-flow of assigned cases and ensure that the best and most appropriate resources are designated to support the development of any case. This role will have a direct impact on the successful acquisition of new clients and the ongoing servicing of current clients.

  • Maintain plan design templates for the NQ consulting team.
  • Provide sales support for the NQ consulting team
  • Complete necessary compliance documentation related to placements of securities
  • Maintain prospect and client databases
  • Prepares fee schedules and Draft Service agreements
  • Coordinates completion necessary compliance documentation related to placements of securities
  • Self-starter working in a fast-paced, demanding environment under tight deadlines
  • Focuses on learning in everyday activities and events
  • Collaborates with and openly shares knowledge with colleagues
  • Regular, reliable and punctual attendance

Required Education, Experience And Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • Minimum 1 year of retirement services industry experience with direct accountability for client deliverables

Preferred (but not required) education or skills for this role

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university

Competencies

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from intermediary partners, prospects and clients.
  • Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts utilizing current spreadsheet and accounting database software programs.

TRAVEL: Up to 5%.
