Description of the role: Responsible for presenting available internal and sometimes external resources (offshore, nearshore, and contractors) to fit project demand and budget.
- Influences and partners with CoE management to achieve the highest utilization, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for the collection, management, and communication of detailed resource specifications for assigned practice.
- Proactively identifies resources, using a variety of methods, or open specifications.
- Coach management on best practices related to open advertisements.
- Screens and makes recommendation nominations with management.
- Escalate urgent requests on priority staffing calls.
- Confirm assignment end dates by proactively inquiring on extension opportunities.
- Has detailed knowledge of assigned consultants skill levels, experience, and staffing preferences.
- Actively monitor the selection/acceptance process for assigned resources.
- Offer creative solutions when no resources with necessary skill sets are available.
- Recommend creative ways to utilize unassigned consultants.
- Identifies and drives resolution resourcing challenges, obstacles, conflicts and political issues.
- Update system with resource selection decision and supporting reason.
- Maintain data integrity.
- Consolidates and provides overall practice reports and support ad hoc resourcing reporting.
- Coach assigned management and representatives on resourcing roles and responsibilities, processes, policies, and rules of engagement.
Education / Experience Required:
Duties and tasks are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Typically 5 years of resource management experience or related experience needed.
Preferred experience includes Soarian Financials (RevElate). Will also consider Millennium Revenue Cycle knowledge.

About the team: The Center for Excellence migration work is critical to the success of RevElate deployment to the market; the CoE team will be deploying the RevElate software to our customer base to ensure value of platform is achieved.

US: Hiring Range: from $30.29 - $60.63 per hour; from $63,000 - $126,100 per year. May be eligible for equity.
