Job Description
OCI AI Networking Engineering is currently in need of a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our fast-growing New Product Introduction team. The TPM will be responsible for driving a variety of cross-organizational programs and projects that impact both product and business for OCI AI Networking. This role requires a passion for problem-solving as well as the ability to jump into any in-flight project and get quickly up to speed on how best to support its progress and deliverables.
The NPI TPM will be focused on the delivery of products from the design process, and into a finished/deployed state for external customers. This role will define milestones and then track progress towards those deliverables, help to communicate project status, and implement processes to use company resources more efficiently. This individual may identify technical impacts on the organization as they relate to business requirements, define and improve upon process, regularly participate in executive meetings to present progress, and share project information with stakeholders.
The AI Networking Engineering organization operates in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment and requires the ability to influence the decisions of senior business leaders through effective verbal and written communication, logical reasoning, and the presentation of alternatives. The successful candidate must be able to think and act both strategically and tactically.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Drive a range of critical cross-org programs within Physical Networking introducing new technical solutions into our cloud infrastructure.
- Work across various service teams to track and drive deliverables and support timely communication across all organizational levels.
- Facilitate cross-org activities ensuring completion of projects on schedule, delivering on all customer requirements.
- Design and implement new process to drive efficiencies between partner teams.
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years relevant work experience in program and project management
- Program/project management certifications or qualifications
- Proven ability to create effective relationships, listen, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels
- Ability to inspire confidence in senior leaders and motivate global team members
- Leading and managing through change and ambiguity; able to identify systemic approaches to solving problems
- A career learner – proof that you’re always looking for “better” and have the ability to absorb and apply new skills quickly
- Outstanding proactive communication skills: written, verbal, presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) at different levels within an organization
- High ownership with a strong bias for action
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and/or physical networking
- Proactive, forward-thinking, and strategic, yet pragmatic and operationally savvy
- Able to synthesize disparate information effectively and quickly into clear recommendations, actions, and decisions
- Able to identify and resolve process, procedure, and tool gaps to improve overall program success
- Maturity, judgment, and negotiation/influence skills
- Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment
- Highly analytical, able to learn new tools and software quickly
- Experience using agile software development practices and associated tooling
- Strong technical and business acumen and with ability to apply that knowledge to inform the best approaches that balance priorities, speed of execution, and cost.
- Demonstrated ability to think from a business/outcome perspective and translate that into executable delivery and clear accountabilities
- Previous success within a New Product Introduction team

US: Hiring Range: from $87,800 - $199,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
