About the role:

The Total Rewards Program Manager in partnership with the Senior Director of Total Rewards, will be responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of global total rewards strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees. The primary focus of the role will be on global benefits and pension with support for our global compensation and recognition programs to ensure the company's total rewards offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals. This role will partner closely with the HR Technology & Analytics team, other members of the People team, Finance and business leaders.

Benefits and Pension Management:
  • Design, implement, and manage global employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other benefit offerings.
  • Develop and enhance the global pension strategy, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct regular market benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitiveness of benefits programs and make recommendations for improvements to benefit offerings based on employee needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to optimize benefits administration and communication.
  • And any additional tasks required by the manager.

  • Compensation Support:
  • Support the development and implementation of global compensation strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Support salary survey work and analysis to inform compensation decisions.
  • Assist in the management of annual salary review processes and performance-related pay programs.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of benefit and pension programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on total rewards strategies.

  • Employee Communication and Engagement:
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to educate employees about total rewards programs.
  • Foster a culture of transparency and engagement regarding compensation, benefits, and retirement planning.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with People, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment of total rewards initiatives with broader organizational strategies.
  • Stay informed of global trends and best practices in total rewards to inform program development.

  • Compliance and Governance:
  • Ensure all programs comply with local labor laws and regulations across regions.
  • Maintain documentation and reporting requirements related to benefits and pension programs.

  • Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CEBS, CCP) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in total rewards, specifically in pension and benefits management, with exposure to compensation strategies.

  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of US and global benefits and pension best practices, regulations and trends.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and proven flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across cultures and functions.
  • Proficiency with Workday. 
  • Kong has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to specific candidate location, role, skill set and level of experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards including sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role. Benefits may vary depending on location. US based employees are typically offered access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short and long term disability benefits, basic life and AD&D insurance, among others. The typical base pay range for this role in the US is $133,560 - 166,950.
