We’re looking for a Healthcare Clinical Executive to the CHO to join us!
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Clinician to lead our initiatives in patient safety, clinical workflow efficiency and provider engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of clinical best practices, patient care standards, and a commitment to fostering a culture of safety and collaboration among healthcare technology product designer, developer, client executives and clinical end-users. As a Healthcare Clinical Executive to the CHO, you be the clinical expert that collaborates and works closely with products division, compliance and regulatory teams and helps to improve patient safety for Oracle Health. You will be responsible for guiding internal and external project teams through workflow and clinical design recommendations in complex client environments, as well as leverage continuous process improvement techniques to promote improvements in quality of care and patient safety. This also includes managing clinical customer engagement, lead client calls and work with the clinical community on current challenges in healthcare. You will consult on all clinical care and patient safety processes and integration across system wide clinical information technology strategies within the Healthcare. This includes bridging functions of clinical care and information technology within all aspects of the hospitals. You will provide expertise in clinical care of patients, medical center operations, and clinical informatics. In addition, you will direct the transformation processes relative to new system implementation, collaborate on an ongoing basis with Chief Health Officer & Information Technology as well as other leadership and staff on matters related to patient safety. Your responsibilities will also include managing the planning, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical computerized applications with an emphasis on process re-engineering, reduction of errors, quality improvement, and outcomes measurements.
You will be responsible for driving the clients through the design of clinical and business processes, solution and technology workflow, and successful adoption that will lead to achieved value. Lead ongoing relationships with clients, providing account management and clinical domain expertise focusing on client success in applying Oracle's solutions. Through the use of Oracle's implementation approach and methodology, the Healthcare Clinical Executive to the CHO will assist in organizational change, help find opportunities for improvement, and is accountable for achieving the project’s targeted outcomes for Oracle Health.

About You:
- At least 6-10 years of licensed health care practice, clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology (HCIT) work experience
- Licensed Healthcare Clinician (Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician, Physician Assistant, Clinical Informaticist or Healthcare Informaticists)
- Clinical Expert in Patient Safety
- Must be an expert in Healthcare Operations

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range: from $87,800 - $199,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
