Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Deploy KPI focused operational plan to achieve quality output and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve all performance quality related issues in a well-rounded manner.
• Participate in key forums involving internal and external partners.
• Conduct and drive root cause analysis insights to improve cross functional processes.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to share standard methodologies and develop a strategy for continuous improvement, ensuring effective prioritization of resources and minimizing disruptions to business objectives.
• Design and implement strong governance plans to connect with the internal partners and clients to gain information, feedback, and approval.
  
  

Qualifications

• 15* years of experience in operational and stakeholder management
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal partners and clients.
• Able to develop and deploy cross-channel content strategy to provide an innovative solution to the end user.
• Crafted narratives and developed content with a focus on data and insights.
• Outstanding knowledge of software maintenance a plus
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience with Salesforce, GitHub, and different operating systems including Windows and Mac OS a plus.
• Effective people and time management

Salary And Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $114,500.00 - $145,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
