We're seeking a talented and experienced Animator Assistant and Content Creator Analyst to spearhead the creation of high-quality visual content that elevates our brand and engages our audience.

Work Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation of visual marketing content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
Develop video content that enhances brand awareness and showcases the company’s expertise in cybersecurity, enterprise integration, and healthcare modernization.
Help produce animated videos that highlight career opportunities, company culture, and employee testimonials.
Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions to enhance design projects.
Support in developing timing and pacing of motion based on audio requirements.
Help record dialogue for animations when necessary.
Assist in project management from beginning to end, adhering to financial and time constraints.

Work with the HR team to develop recruitment videos that can be used in job postings, career fairs, and other recruitment activities.
Illustrate images based on storyboard frames provided by the marketing team scripts.
Research and stay up to date with the latest trends in animation and digital marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent design language across various channels.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled as a 3^rd or 4^th-year student to receive a bachelor's degree in a digital arts field, or recently graduated.
Familiarity and experience in creating animated content (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Animate, etc.)
Strong creative and artistic abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
Portfolio showcasing diverse animation work, including various digital materials.
Collaborative attitude with the ability to work in a team environment.
