The Role

As our Satellite Operator, you will be joining our Mission Operations Engineering team for 12 months fixed term, covering the following responsibilities;

  • Operating the constellr satellites according to established processes and procedures.
  • Participate in the On-Call support program.
  • Creation of the necessary technical documentation, operational reports, and reviews.
  • Supporting the improvement of our operational processes for constellation operations, both in nominal and contingency situations.
  • Participate in the ongoing operational FDIR study to be used for contingency operations development.
  • Improvement of operational procedures according to the onboard software of the payload and the platform
  • Participate in verification and validation of mission operations (tools, procedures, and processes)


Location – Our Mission Operations Engineering team are based remotely across Europe. For this position, you will be based in Germany, within a commutable distance to Freiburg or Munich.
