Key Responsibilities

As an Audit Manager, your duties will encompass:

  • Conducting financial statement audits and attest engagements for prominent CPA firms across the United States.
  • Assisting with the wrap-up and review of audit fieldwork, including the finalization of work papers and checklists.
  • Reviewing draft financial statements and associated audit documentation.
  • Communicating audit findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members.

Required Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Recent public accounting experience within the last five years.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of:
    • US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
    • US Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS).
    • Public Company Oversight Board (PCAOB) Auditing Standards.
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities.
  • A commitment to training and developing team members.
Qualifications

Candidates must have:
