Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Mortgage Servicing Specialist III, assisting clients with their mortgage inquiries and servicing requirements.
  • Conduct early-stage collections calls (less than 120 days past due) in a blended auto-dialer setting, ensuring every interaction is conducted with professionalism and warmth.
  • Address a range of mortgage collections inquiries, which includes processing payments, establishing repayment arrangements, and negotiating solutions for delinquent accounts.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by effectively resolving inquiries and complaints, utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Monitor delinquent accounts and execute collection actions, keeping clients and cosigners informed of their status.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting performance metrics while maintaining a focus on quality and productivity.
  • Promote organizational products and services with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet individual, team, and departmental service level agreements and satisfaction goals.
  • Undertake additional tasks and projects as delegated by your supervisor or manager.
  • Evaluate risks in business decisions while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, thus safeguarding the company's reputation.

Qualifications

    • Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
