Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal support and guidance to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Document customer interactions and legal inquiries for quality assurance and service improvement.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in English for effective internal communication.
• A degree in law or relevant legal experience is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in customer support or legal advising is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle various legal inquiries.
