The Position:
Constellation HomeBuilder Systems is a dynamic and empowering environment comprised of motivated self-starters who enjoy the thrill of working at a fast-pace. We are currently seeking an ambitious, aggressive self-starter with a strong “hunter” mentality to fill the role of Regional Sales Manager within the homebuilder division. This person will learn about our prospects’ businesses, our industry, our business, and our products. This person will build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects, provide product demonstrations customized to the client and prospects needs, identify and close sales opportunities, participate in industry events and engage stakeholders at multiple levels within client and prospective customer organizations.
Job Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation through the acquisition of existing clients and new customers in a given territory
Establish regular productive meetings with targeted clients and prospects to communicate product/company developments and react to changes in their business
Identify sales opportunities for new products and modules with regular phone calls and client/prospect visits
Host and perform strategic product demonstration in a large setting
Participate in webinars to promote existing and new products
33% travel within Canada and the United States
Promote and maintain a high-quality, professional, service-oriented company image among prospects
Work closely with marketing to execute campaigns and collect required data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
Manage professional sales cycles and coordinate with other subject matter experts to ensure sales success
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual personal and team sales objectives
Other responsibilities as required
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or college diploma.
3-5 years of experience in B2B sales with a demonstrable history of generating and closing deals over $100k.
Previous experience within construction, software, or real estate industries is an asset
Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone, and written)
Excellent presentation skills (online and onstage)
Outgoing and friendly personality
Aggressive and motivated self-starter, ability to work well within guidelines while being creative
Ability to get results in a fast-paced environment
Experience with accounting and construction software systems is an asset
Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM is an asset

The estimated base salary range for this role in the United States is $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year. For compliance with local legislation, and to provide greater transparency to applicants, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of the desired hiring location or whether the position is remote. The posted range is an estimate and reflects many factors which are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above, based upon geographic location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant factors.
Other Compensation (US Only):
Sales positions may be eligible to participate in the business commission plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire.
Full time employees will also be eligible for enrollment in a wide range of choices of benefits , including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, short/long term disability, 401(k) participation (with company match).
The Company provides a minimum of 10 days of vacation for new employees , sick time based on state requirements, 8 Company-paid holidays and 2 personal holidays per year.
