The Long-Term Care (LTC) Process Management Specialist will report directly to the Manager responsible for data management issue identification and resolution. The role will focus on analyzing and resolving complex problems related to data discrepancies, reporting errors, system errors and other issues that may arise in the management of LTC insurance data.
The current employee work arrangement for this position is dependent on the business preferences and your location, potentially requiring your on-site presence on occasion at a Prudential office.
What you can expect:
Identify and analyze data-related issues in long-term care insurance operations.
Investigate reported anomalies, data discrepancies, and system errors to determine the root cause.
In-depth analysis including product review, define existing system capabilities/limitations, transactional review, workflow procedures, contractual requirements, and compliance assessments.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as Actuarial, Operations and Legal, and external vendors, to gather necessary information and feedback for issue resolution.
Develop and implement strategies to resolve identified data issues within defined timelines.
Create detailed documentation and reports on issue analysis, investigation findings, and recommended solutions.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, cross-functional teams, and external vendors, to ensure accurate and timely resolution of data-related problems.
Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Continuously monitor data quality, identify potential risk areas, and recommend process improvements to enhance long-term care insurance data management.
What you’ll need:
Knowledge of Prudential LTC products and features
Significant experience with the InsPro administration system (Citron and Case 360 a plus)
Strong analytical skills
Strong track record of driving results on multiple simultaneous projects
Ability to keep numerous stakeholders engaged and productive.
Willingness and confidence to escalate issues quickly, when appropriate, to optimize results.
Excellent communication skills,
Ability to write clearly and concisely for: Communication of tasks/expectations to responsible parties, external communications to policyholders and regulators, and presentations to other impacted stakeholders
Strong organizational skills
Ability to think strategically and assist in prioritization of tasks.
Must have flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and ambiguous environment.

The salary range for this role is from $83,400.00 to $124,100.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
