Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver unparalleled customer service by addressing member inquiries, resolving concerns, and guaranteeing that members receive the value of their membership.
  • Maintain precise membership data by ensuring our records and databases are consistently updated.
  • Assist in initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining members through participation in various campaigns and programs.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Business Development & Member Services team to meet collective objectives.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including tasks such as data entry, processing purchase orders, and generating reports.
