Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analytics Post M&A Associate Manager, your role will encompass:

  • Delivering exceptional client service as part of a collaborative project team, whether on-site or remote.
  • Effectively planning projects by identifying priorities and key stakeholders, while providing regular progress updates.
  • Clearly presenting complex concepts and critical decisions to team members and clients, including middle and senior management.
  • Managing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines, while ensuring effective communication with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conducting comprehensive research and analysis to tackle client challenges, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Preparing high-quality client deliverables using advanced tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
  • Leading work streams within multifaceted projects and overseeing simpler project initiatives.
  • Maintaining organized program sites to serve as repositories for all project-related information.

Required Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Strong communication and active listening abilities for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with familiarity in JIRA and Confluence considered a plus.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
