In this role you will have the opportunity to:

Commercial Productivity & Planning
  • Drive sales team productivity by optimizing systems and processes to drive improvements in quota attainment, performance metrics, sales funnel conversion, speed to lead, sales cycle length and pipeline management. Increase the time spent on actual selling
  • Manage the sales team’s forecasting and capacity planning approach and find ways to optimize for growth
  • Start evaluating methods to divide the target market and both prospective and current accounts by grouping clients with common characteristics

  • Compensation
  • Be responsible for the operational processes and systems for communicating and administering compensation plans for commercial teams
  • Work closely with sales leaders on the creation of attainable, yet growth-oriented quotas for sales 
  • Build data-driven compensation plan designs, which appropriately rewards sellers for contributing to sustained revenue growth


  • Data Management and Reporting
  • Develop impactful and robust reporting tools to drive sales manager and team member productivity that increase visibility and uncover actionable insights
  • Work with finance and sales leadership to build out revenue models
  • Build out business cases and financial models related to their recommendations


  • People Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coach and develop the skills of a revenue operations associate  
  • Work closely with sales leaders and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals and initiatives
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to drive cohesive strategy


  • Technology Management
  • Oversee the optimization of revenue-related tools and technologies (e.g. Sales Compensation tool)
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and reporting capabilities

  • Skills and experience we’re looking for:
  • Revenue or Sales Operations Experience - 5+ years working directly with 200+ sales teams and leadership to drive productivity and growth
  • Data and Analytics - strong SQL and analysis skills 
  • Technology - Salesforce, Salesloft & Gong tooling familiarity 
  • Resourcefulness - Demonstrated track record of persevering in the face of adversity where priorities and direction can evolve quickly. A positive can-do attitude and be adaptable to evolving business goals
  • Team Management Experience - Experience leading a team of experts is a plus.
  • Collaboration - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholders 
  • Prioritization & problem-solving - Knows how to break down complex problems and identify root causes. Knows how to balance what needs to be done with what’s possible to do. Understands the scope of an issue and its priority
  • Curiosity - Never assume anything and ask impactful questions to understand where the gaps are and where to add value
  • Passion for clients - Is incredibly passionate about our clients and our products
