Title: Client Director - OEM Customer Success (Pricing and Incentives)

Location: Troy, MI, Metro Detroit, Remote - USA

Job Overview

As a Client Director focused on Customer Success, you will act as a key subject matter expert for multiple Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) clients, guiding them on matters related to automotive sales, pricing strategies, incentives, and residual values. Your role will be pivotal in delivering actionable insights and fostering relationships with executives at the OEM level, ultimately enhancing their profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to OEM clients on sales, pricing, incentives, and residual values.
  • Distill complex data into valuable insights, making actionable recommendations to client executives to bolster profitability.
  • Engage with high-ranking automotive executives and deliver tailored insights based on in-depth analysis of new vehicle pricing and sales data.
  • Develop client-specific solutions to upcoming challenges by leveraging proprietary data and predictive analytics tools.
  • Identify opportunities for business development within existing and potential client segments.
  • Mentor and support junior analysts, contributing to their professional growth and the development of future leaders in Data Analytics.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive analyses that inform strategic decisions related to sales and pricing tactics.
  • Anticipate client needs and create innovative analytical frameworks to address them, driving business growth.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, finance, analytics, or sales, particularly within the automotive sector.
  • Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and storytelling capabilities.
  • Proven communication skills with the ability to present complex information to senior leadership effectively.
  • Proficiency in analytical software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and SQL.
  • A quick thinker capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • An MBA is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in the automotive industry, ideally in sales or finance roles.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, particularly with senior management.
