Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard New Schools and Educators: Facilitate the onboarding journey for new schools and teachers by providing clear guidance and supportive assistance.
  • Conduct Virtual Engagements: Engage with school administrators and educators through video or phone calls to comprehend their needs and provide tailored support.
  • Advocate for Our Platform: Deliver comprehensive training and resources to empower educators in effectively utilizing our platform.
  • Address Inquiries: Respond promptly to questions from schools and educators via phone and email, ensuring timely and effective support.
  • Nurture Relationships: Proactively maintain communication with schools and educators to guarantee their satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Relay feedback to the team to refine the onboarding process and enhance platform usability.
