Job Overview

Join our dynamic Human Resources team as a Part-Time Education Recruiter, where your expertise will be essential in attracting exceptional instructors and administrators to support our diverse student population. We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where children thrive through supportive relationships and personalized educational solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a robust and diverse talent pipeline, employing various sourcing strategies to identify and recruit top-tier candidates for instructional teams.
  • Conduct resume evaluations, preliminary Zoom interviews, and compile comprehensive interview notes.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and generate reports using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), providing timely feedback to applicants.
  • Craft and disseminate engaging job postings that align with our mission.
  • Utilize your educational experience to enhance hiring decisions and ensure the best fit for our academic environment.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Human Resources to grasp hiring requirements, exhibiting strong attention to detail and initiative.
  • Commit to a flexible schedule of up to 20 hours per week.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in passive sourcing techniques, tools, and technologies that effectively attract candidates.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Director of Human Resources to meet organizational needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in education, coupled with at least three years of experience in recruitment.
  • Capability to successfully pass a background check.
