Job Title: Licensed Therapist (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) - Remote

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and licensed therapist to become a valued member of our innovative team based in beautiful San Diego, California. This role offers a unique opportunity for professionals to rapidly establish their client portfolio with a diverse array of insurance-based and private pay clients. Our practice focuses exclusively on adult therapy, and we encourage Associate Clinicians who are close to fulfilling their licensing requirements (minimum of 1,500 hours) to apply. You will have the flexibility to work either entirely in the office or take advantage of part-time remote work options through teletherapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a minimum of 27 clinical hours per week (25 for Associates)
  • Deliver therapeutic services to clients as scheduled
  • Complete documentation within a 48-hour timeframe
  • Attend monthly team meetings and engage in continuing education
  • Communicate effectively with clients’ treatment teams
  • Maintain comprehensive written records for each client in a timely manner
  • Work autonomously while demonstrating strong organizational capabilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster personal and team growth
  • Employ critical thinking and time management skills in practice

Required Skills

  • Current and valid California license (or registered Associate with over 1,500 hours)
  • Proficient clinical skills to cater to a diverse client population

Qualifications

  • Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with client referrals provided
