• Manage inbound and outbound calls related to medical billing inquiries.
• Address general questions concerning medical bills received by patients.
• Process payments and conduct research on billing statuses.
• Assist patients in resolving account issues and discuss outstanding funds owed.
• Employ various systems, including EPIC, Artiva, and TCN, for efficient call management and information retrieval.
