We are looking for a dedicated Remote Medical Biller to join our dynamic billing team. In this role, you will oversee front-end billing tasks, efficiently process a substantial volume of claims on a daily basis, and contribute to special projects that arise from recent organizational developments. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately manage front-end billing processes with a strong focus on detail.
  • Process and manage over 55 claims daily, ensuring prompt submission and thorough follow-up.
  • Engage in special projects particularly related to our recent acquisition, supporting our billing team.
  • Utilize NextGen software for effective billing and claims processing.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and partake in quarterly in-person meetings for team building.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in billing, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health environments.
  • Proficiency in using NextGen software is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and capacity to work autonomously in a remote setting.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Certification in billing or healthcare administration is preferred but not mandatory.
