Job description

Vacancy for Commercial

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to help us with planning, directing, and coordinating our company’s commercial initiatives. Your responsibilities will include improving efficiency, performance, productivity, and profitability using effective approaches and tactics.

Your tasks:

• Ensures the efficiency of all Commercial processes (CRM Policies, Marketing Presentations, Events, etc).
• Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth progress.
• Ensure regular unit projects such as monthly planning, sales report preparation, and retrospectives are completed effectively. Includes tracking and following up on action points.
• Manage external projects with other companies and internal service function projects (development, sales, marketing), ensuring alignment with business goals and efficient execution.
• Ensures compliance with procedures within the business unit involving all stakeholders and all rules and regulations.
• Assists in the preparation and facilitation of internal meetings, including material preparation and agenda development.
• Tracks the progress of key commercial project initiatives to ensure proper completion.
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure efficient task and project execution that impacts the business unit (BRD Business Case).

• Production, maintenance, and routine audit of information (Commercial Presentation, etc) archives to ensure up-to-date information.

What you already have:


• In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles.
• Skills in Project management, given the involvement in the creation of project framework (RACI). Ideally focused on Business Development initiatives.
• Proven experience as an operations manager or a similar leadership role.
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A strategic mindset with problem-solving aptitude.
• An understanding of quality management and continuous improvement processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong team management skills.
•Knowledge of project management tools like CRM’s (Pipedrive, Hubspot, Salesforce), Jira and Notion, alongside proficiency in document management tools including MS Office and Google Docs.
• Adaptability and resilience to changing environments.
• English Upper - Intermediate or higher. Any other languages are welcome.
