We are currently recruiting Senior HVAC/Air Conditioning & Appliances Technicians for Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately service faults, provide maintenance, and measure product service data
  • Support our Customer Service Technicians to ensure faults are serviced accurately
  • Support our Dealer and Authorised Service Centre network with training  on service and installation.
  • Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals and training sessions   
  • Infield supervision of Technicians and Apprentices when required
  • Identify suggested improvements and shares with relevant cross-functional stakeholders e.g., Manufacturing, Quality, Product Development for diagnosis, analysis and continuous improvement
  • Ensure all activities of the customer experience service operation is performed in compliance with country, state and federal regulations, and laws governing business.
  • Maintain and manage van stock of spare parts inventory.

Experience Required:

  • Demonstrated domestic and commercial HVAC experience, fostering a culture of action learning and performance through effective coaching and mentoring. 
  • Must have a Refrigeration Mechanical – Certificate III, ARCtick Licence, and an Electrical Practicing Licence for the state.
  • Must have a valid and clean driver licence
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven track record in delivering exemplary customer service experience in the HVAC space
  • Be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature.
