Key Responsibilities

  • Document and manage cases for all incoming calls and emails, ensuring comprehensive records of issues, actions taken, and resolutions, including necessary escalations.
  • Participate in cross-training initiatives to broaden knowledge and enhance team capabilities.
  • Maintain high performance levels to positively influence departmental metrics and outcomes.

  • Demonstrated understanding of customer service principles and strong relational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both French and English.

Qualifications
