• Participate in cross-training initiatives to broaden knowledge and enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is essential.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a technical Customer Service Call Center is required.

• Starting pay rate of $18.00 per hour.
