Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Remote Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our esteemed team in Indiana. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of students through virtual therapy services. The role is expected to commence as soon as possible and continue until the end of May.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver virtual occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload of 40-50 students across five schools.
  • Collaborate effectively with an on-site Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support student development.
  • Focus on enhancing students' fine motor skills, self-care abilities, and participation in classroom activities.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to manage a caseload independently.
  • Proficiency in therapeutic techniques relevant to fine motor skill enhancement.
  • Familiarity with virtual service delivery methods.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist.
  • Valid occupational therapy license required.
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field is necessary.
