Job description

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated DataOps Analyst with a focus on Informatica to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service to our internal and external clientele by executing and monitoring data production and data exchange processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and oversee production data processes and data exchange activities in a timely and meticulous manner.
  • Provide effective support to various projects and teams to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
  • Communicate results and issues in accordance with team standards and expectations.
  • Assist in the establishment and implementation of standardized policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Ensure ongoing communication, implementation, and monitoring of corporate compliance.
  • Proactively initiate troubleshooting and notify relevant parties of issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor the status of production processes and track the progress of issue resolutions.
  • Balance multiple client requests and scheduled tasks throughout the day.
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders by answering inquiries and providing necessary information.
  • Foster and maintain productive working relationships with customers and team members.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL Server/Transact SQL.
  • Proficient in using standard software applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment while leading the efforts of others.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related discipline, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
  • Progress toward relevant certifications is highly preferred and encouraged.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a related field, with a preference for exposure to financial analysis, healthcare economics, or business management.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is an asset.
