Job Responsibilities:
  • According to the company's strategic plan, ensure that all targets are effectively implemented, complete the sales plan set by the company and achieve the targeted performance.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for upper middle market and enterprise companies.
  • Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities.
  • Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process.
  • Be responsible for account mapping and coordinating effective meetings with the appropriate external stakeholders expanding the customer relationship.
  • Engage with Product and Marketing teams to help drive product strategy.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to inform product improvements and strategic planning.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for contract renewals and expansions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.


  • Qualifications
  • One or more years of experience in account management or business development, preferably in SaaS or financial technology.
  • Strong self-driving, result-oriented, responsible for results.
  • Excellent planning and customer communication skills, able to establish good cooperative relationships with customers.
  • Have keen market insight and accurate analytical ability, able to effectively develop and maintain customer resources.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • For leads that cannot be converted in the short term, convert them through new business opportunities in the end.
  • Be able to embrace and drive changes, cooperate with the team to continuously optimize and improve, and be good at proactively thinking and proposing improvements.
