Job description

We are actively seeking a dynamic Middle Communications Specialist to enhance our energetic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in formulating and implementing internal communication strategies, particularly for the Cloud & Delivery Organization in the Americas Unit. Working in close collaboration with the communications team and unit leaders, you will be responsible for maintaining uniform messaging across various channels, generating engaging content, and liaising with stakeholders to fortify our organization's communication initiatives.

Responsibilities

Aid in the development of communication materials for the Unit and handle tasks associated with the Global Cloud Practice
Facilitate the creation and dissemination of internal communication formats including newsletters, digests, articles, and posts
Manage internal communication platforms such as MS Teams and Viva Engage, among others
Address the communication requirements of organizational events such as Monthly Sync Calls, Townhalls, and leadership updates to foster employee engagement
Work collaboratively with different teams and departments to ensure timely and clear communication to employees
Track, assess, and report on the feedback and engagement derived from internal communications
Keep internal communication plans current and ensure the punctual distribution of content
Support the execution of employee surveys and communication audits to discover areas for improvement
Engage in creative brainstorming sessions to generate fresh communication ideas and strategies

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in communications, preferably in internal or corporate communication roles
High proficiency in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills suited for effective messaging
Proven ability to work collaboratively across various departments and with diverse stakeholders
A fundamental understanding of digital communication platforms and employee engagement tools
Skilled in graphic design or video editing tools such as Canva or FIGMA
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, crucial for producing clear and engaging content
Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with a focus on detail
Analytical and self-motivated, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions

Nice to have

Experience with email marketing, specifically in the context of internal communications
Experience in leading small teams or overseeing projects within a communications framework
