We’re looking for a Senior User Experience Researcher in Uruguay to join the Oracle NetSuite Products & Services group. As a key member of our user experience team, you will lead and conduct comprehensive research to enhance the usability and user satisfaction of our software, which empowers organizations to streamline and manage their workforce's core functions, including planning, sourcing, manufacturing/assembly, fulfilling, delivery, and more. Your expertise will directly contribute to shaping a seamless and intuitive user experience that transforms the way businesses manage their workforce.

Role :

Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute tactical research.

Be a part of research team of 5 Products & Services researchers and an extended community of over 40 researchers globally.

Propose, plan, execute, analyze and deliver user research at various stages of the product lifecycle, including formative and generative research, validation research and measurement of final product experiences.

Collaborate with the experience design team and product management to help establish strong research methodologies and processes that enable teams to make evidence-based design decisions.

Educate team members on best practices and enable teams to explore research activities on their own.

Collaborate within and across functions to support user centric processes that lead to increased empathy and understanding of users and improve the product experience.

Contribute to the development of a global research practice.


Your qualifications and skills:

4+ years’ experience doing user research, preferably in the Enterprise domain.

Experience with planning, sourcing, manufacturing/assembly, fulfillment or delivery is a plus.

Experience planning and executing different types of research and usability testing activities such as interviews, customer visits, requirements gathering activities, survey research, and formative and summative usability evaluations.

Degree in the field of Psychology, HCI, Human Factors, or related field (advanced degree a plus).

Understand stakeholder/team goals and design/implement appropriate research plan(s) to address those goals

Strong sense of independence, ownership, and initiative. Ability to self-direct and manage what to work on, how to get it done, and when to deliver.

Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple high-profile projects in a fast-paced organization.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Fluency in English to conduct business and research with customers in North America.

Flexibility to work with geographically distributed teams and willing to travel (less than 5%). Will involve working with customers and product team members in multiple countries and time zones.

Familiarity with research platforms and tools: Dscout, Zoom, survey tools, research analysis and research repositories.
