Our client provides comprehensive consulting services to support customers facing the challenge of choosing catering equipment for their premises. It is both a distributor and manufacturer of equipment, and due to dynamic growth is looking for a Distribution Development Manager for the Czech and Slovak markets.

Optimisation of processes in the subordinate area based on modern methods and tools

Building, operation of a distribution network

Creation and supervision of compliance with implemented operational procedures

Initiating improvements that bring measurable financial benefits

Controlling the distribution process - quality, timeliness, customer satisfaction

Collaborating with the sales team in preparing optimal solutions for customers and preparing offers

Building and developing relationships with key customers and business partners



The perfect candidate:


Has 5 years of experience in building and operating a distribution network in the Czech Republic and Slovakia

Communicates fluently in Czech and Slovak, as well as Polish or English

Has strong analytical skills as well as an aptitude for team management

Is goal-oriented

Has the ability to cooperate and build relationships

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)

Has a category B driving licence

Experience in the sale of equipment for professional kitchen facilities would be an advantage
