Level 3 Learning and Development qualification or equivalent experience, Demonstrable industry knowledge and/or experience, Full clean driving licence, IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office, 18th Edition Wiring Regs Qualification (advantageous).

- Deliver technical training to colleagues and customers
- Develop training materials with the Engineering Team
- Identify technical training needs and plan solutions
- Create e-learning materials for employee upskilling
- Assess training impact and generate reports
