Job description

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Article writing for website blog and resources section.
  • Research and plan topics in a forward content schedule.
  • Draft content for customer email campaigns, including newsletters.
  • Brainstorm and propose new content strategies.
  • Write online product descriptions and landing page content.
  • Proofreading content and content editing before being published online.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall strategies.
  • Engage in keyword research to optimize content for search engines.

  • Provide a portfolio sample of previous content writing and/or copywriting work.
  • Excellent written English and communication skills.
  • Proficient in any Email Marketing Software
  • Previous experience with publishing content to a website CMS, e.g., WordPress.
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
Prefered Qualifications
  • Project management experience - staff would be responsible in product launch preparation as well as launch itself
  • Knowledge in the medical field - products would be revolving around care packages for specific medical conditions (ex. Parkinson's disease, ALS, etc)
**Special Note - while opening is for part time, this is likely to convert to full time eventually
