Carry out the promotion and sale of the assigned product line, according to Biomet's commercial policy, maintaining and increasing the customer portfolio. Area: Basque Countries, Cantabria, Castilla León.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Account targeting and segmentation
  • Regional key account planning & management
  • Sales force and management recruitment, training, development and succession planning
  • Sales force performance management
  • Develops relationships with customers to drive sales and acquire new accounts
  • Develops sales and marketing strategies and drives its execution to support sales growth and competitive advantage
  • Assists the BU Director in the formulation of yearly and quarterly budgets
  • Ensures that regional sales & gross margin targets are achieved.
  • Supervises and implements the strategies decided upon and to ensure that the highest professional standards of behavior and performance are maintained by the sales force
  • Travels in the field on a regular basis with each Sales Team member to assess performance and training needs
