Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties (scheduling, data entry, client communication)
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation)
  • Support financial record maintenance and basic payroll activities
  • Collaborate with the team on improving administrative and bookkeeping processes
  • Learn and adapt to new software and accounting procedures as required
  • Other tasks assigned as needed
