About the Team:
The Billing team is dealing with client invoicing and reporting, reconciliations, budget tracking and financial closures of clinical trials.
Internship Assignment Summary:
Establish a repeatable, easily manageable process to pull data from the global business systems and tools.
Provide support on ad-hoc requests for reporting and data extractions from the business systems.
Familiarize themselves with the contractual life cycles of the clinical trials, their financial impact and provide the team with support for timely updates in the business systems and the local tools.
Attend training sessions to learn universal tools and processes used in the Billing team.
Education/Qualifications/Skills:
·Working towards bachelor’s degree in finance/economics.
Has experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting.
·Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues.
Embraces diverse ways of thinking through various forms collaboration and partnership.
