Sales Manager - KSA

Are you ready to drive growth and make a significant impact in a rapidly expanding market? Join our dynamic team as a Sales Manager, where you’ll be at the forefront of expanding our indirect sales and boosting profit margins within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

What You’ll Do:

  • Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with key personnel in our channel partner accounts.
  • Drive the growth of the Hach portfolio with existing channel partners in your assigned territory.
  • Adapt to changing geographical assignments as needed to meet company goals.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Achieve sales objectives and support sustainable growth by assisting distributor sales forces.
  • Manage and train distribution channels, providing marketing and sales materials.
  • Serve as a technical advisor for Hach products to distributors and customers. Build and maintain customer relationships through visits, technical presentations, and problem resolution.
  • Collect and report market data, and coordinate technical conferences and exhibitions to promote Hach products.


The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Qualifications: Fluent in English and Arabic, with a degree in chemical engineering or environmental subjects, or experience in water/wastewater treatment.
  • Experience: Proven track record in building sales funnels, preferably with experience in indirect or direct sales.
  • Travel: Ability to travel country-wide 3-4 days a week, including frequent overnight stays.
