MixIn by Endeavour is our all-new retail media arm.  It focuses on supporting the short and long-term growth of our supplier brands through highly contextual advertising. Using data-led precision, we place them in the social mix across Australia’s largest digital, retail and drinks venue ecosystem: the Endeavour Group network. ‍

With expertise in both drinks and media, we can connect brands with audiences as no other media provider can. The Finance Business Partner - MixIn will partner with the MixIn General Manager with joint ownership of delivering key financial targets that align to the long term strategy.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role

  • Lead the month-end results with insightful commentary across all P&L drivers vs LY & budget 
  • Work closely with the MixIn Sales teams to understand the sales pipeline with early identification of potential material variances versus budget
  • Continuous improvement - review and analyse business processes to identify inefficiencies, implement improvements.
  • Stakeholder management - work with stakeholders to ensure reporting and commentary is effective and insightful for decision making. 
  • Responsible for preparation and submission of the annual budget and forecasts (when required), working with MixIn LT to align on assumptions.
  • Work closely with MixIn Sales and LT to review and understand the weekly sales performance and forecasts.
  • Working with key stakeholders to ascertain cost control measures and optimise future trading opportunities.
  • Finance representative on the MixIn Leadership Team with active involvement in all key financial decisions
  • Finance lead on special projects; e.g. business cases for new income streams and championing the CRM/ERP process.
  • Identify key drivers of profit and opportunities for business improvement.

  • Able to communicate complex financial information simplistically
  • Advanced experience using financial systems in a commercial environment e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, SAP, GCP, Google suite
