They have a strong customer base, a very high market share and want to deliver the best outcomes to all customers on every interaction. This permanent, full-time role is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with excellent all-round customer service skills, who is looking to take on a new role in an international organisation.

Job Description

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Daily data entry of customer sales orders.
  • Answering inbound calls and emails from customers about stock and availability.
  • Working closely with internal territory manages to process customer requests.
  • Coordinating freight and shipping for client orders + providing ETAs.
  • Development of customer relationships through high quality communication skills and customer service.
  • General ad-hoc requests as required by the customer service and administration team.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer, who has a passion for customer service and likes to work cooperatively in a small team environment. To be successful, you'll need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be able to work in an office environment 3 days per week. This is a fast-paced role and one where you'll be continually busy for the duration of the day. This role will be required to working Monday - Friday, full-time hours, with a start date in early October.
