Job description

As an augmented resource in the Enterprise Knowledge Department, you play an important role in transforming how Financial sector works with structured and unstructured data. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for developing, enhancing and maintaining IT systems/applications that support data management needs.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to ensure high-quality software builds
Review and improve development processes through testing and analysis
Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and cases
Establish and manage automated testing frameworks
Conduct various types of testing (integration, functional, performance, security)
Validate completed stories against acceptance criteria
Demonstrate tested features and prepare for production releases

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Technical Communication, or related field
5+ years of experience as a Software Tester
Strong experience in automated testing methodologies (unit, integration, TDD)
Proven track record as a QA Tester
Excellent test plan and case writing skills
Proficiency in Python scripting and automated testing tools
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Experience with performance or security testing (preferred)
Knowledge of databases and SQL
Relevant certifications (e.g., CSTE, CSQA) are a plus
Strong SQL, data modeling, and analysis skills
