**Job Description:**
As a Senior Technical Lead - NOC, you will leverage your extensive experience in cloud and data technologies to lead the efforts in monitoring, reacting to, and preventing service interruptions for clients. You will ensure the stability and scalability of large-scale Azure and AWS environments while overseeing a team responsible for identifying and resolving issues. You will drive the creation of comprehensive infrastructure alert systems, advanced monitoring dashboards, and automated solutions to optimize operational efficiency. As the escalation point for complex issues, you will play a critical role in ensuring high availability and operational excellence across cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the NOC team, ensuring efficient issue detection and resolution in Azure and AWS environments.
- Cloud Monitoring and Stability: Oversee the development of advanced monitoring tools, dashboards, and runbooks to ensure system health and operational stability.
- Operational Strategy: Drive the design and implementation of observability solutions for client-facing SaaS products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Operational Tooling and Automation: Lead the implementation of operational tools for monitoring, alerting, backups, disaster recovery, and automation, with a focus on Azure native solutions.
- Multi-Cloud Integration: Architect and oversee the integration of Azure with on-premises and multi-cloud environments, ensuring seamless interoperability.
- Automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Champion the use of automation tools (ARM, Terraform) and scripting to streamline cloud configuration, administration, and operational tasks.
- Security and Compliance: Lead efforts to ensure cloud infrastructure meets security audit, accreditation, and certification requirements, while adhering to industry standards.
- Issue Escalation and Resolution: Act as the final point of escalation for complex technical issues, guiding the team through challenging troubleshooting and resolution processes.
- Optimization of Alerts: Continuously refine and reduce ineffective alerts to improve operational efficiency and reduce noise.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with development, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver optimal cloud solutions and ensure high performance and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Technical Expertise: 10+ years of experience in cloud systems engineering, NOC operations, and platform management, supporting enterprise-scale environments.
- Cloud Technologies: Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, particularly with AWS and Azure platforms, and experience with production readiness and monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, logging toolsets).
- Infrastructure Automation: Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like ARM and Terraform, and proficiency in scripting (e.g., PowerShell).
- Cloud Infrastructure Knowledge: Strong understanding of SaaS, PaaS, DaaS, and IaaS concepts, along with hybrid and multi-cloud architecture.
- Operational Excellence: Proven track record in developing and managing monitoring solutions, runbooks, and dashboards for cloud-based systems.
- Security & Compliance: Experience in leading security audits and certifications for cloud environments.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor a team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide strategic direction.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues under pressure.
