Position Overview

Diebold Nixdorf is expanding its Delivery Center in Warsaw, a captive shared service center that supports Diebold Nixdorf units throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa with accounting and order management services. To support the growing scope of operations we are looking for a Business Analyst for Process Automation who will drive our processes to the next level! Within a small team you will be working on a variety of processes across the GBS organization, and your work will have a lasting impact on the whole operation. Your main focus will be around evaluating processes to identify gaps and automation opportunities as well as driving and overseeing their implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts business process fit / gap analysis to identify potential automation opportunities, and proposes VBA, RPA, and other DN-used applications strategies.
  • Analyzes existing technical processes across the GBS Organization to identify opportunities for automation and proposes automation solutions.
  • Captures stakeholders' expectations and requirements and translates into automation deliverables.
  • Acts as a liaison between the GBS Organization and DN Technology team for RPA and other coded solutions.
  • Writes scripts/workflows in the GBS used applications to automate and/or create specific business processes.
  • Assists with the solution validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Develops and maintains comprehensive documentation, including user requirements, training procedures, SOPs, overall system documentation, and training materials, while providing user support during the roll-out of automation initiatives.
  • Monitors and measures the effectiveness of automations.


Required Qualifications

  • Work experience of ideally 4-6 years in business process automation.
  • Sound knowledge and experience with Business Process Automation in the finance function (for example in PTP, OTC, RTR, payments team, MDM etc.).
  • Excellent self-organization skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent Excel skills and good knowledge of VBA. Basic knowledge of how automations are developed with RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.
  • Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences and vice versa.
  • Experience conducting GAP analysis with proven ability to understand business and functional requirements.
  • Excellent business English skills (written and spoken).
