Our team deals with various platforms, technologies, and a scale from the small POCs to the large, highly loaded systems with distributed deployment (sometimes solution is deployed across 20+ different DCs).
We offer consultations as well as ongoing project implementations. Our expertise lies in implementing and adopting a wide range of web-based and distributed projects of varying sizes and scales. This includes architecture design, implementation of distributed solutions, project assessments and planning, adoption of cloud-native solutions, CI/CD, and production deployments. Additionally, we can assist in launching new projects, creating POC(s) for our customers, and sharing expertise across the delivery unit.
IF YOU ARE
- Hands-on with Python or Go
- Experienced with modern cloud platforms, preferably AWS
- Strong in working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases
- Possessing a background in driving application, data, and infrastructure architecture design
- Good at understanding business and technical requirements and communicating technical constraints and decisions to the business
- Skilled at facilitating cooperation with stakeholders to prioritize architectural drivers for solutions
- Proficient in leading engineering teams, decomposing task complexity, providing mentorship, and communicating key decisions effectively
- Capable of creating technical specifications or architecture vision documents, covering quality attributes, diagrams, risks, and system requirements
- Experienced in managing technical pre-sale activities such as presentations and workshops
- Comfortable communicating in English within a multicultural environment
- Confident with containers and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes (would be a plus)
- Skilled in Kafka and RPC frameworks like gRPC (nice-to-have skill)
- Familiar with React or Angular (would be an advantage)
- Knowledgeable in DevOps principles (a big plus)
AND YOU WANT TO
- Work with highly loaded systems in a distributed environment
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS, GCP, or hybrid clouds
- Participate in discovery phases and workshops covering all technical aspects of the deal
- Lead implementation phases, defining and creating the core of the system
- Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts, delivering and presenting them to stakeholders
- Explore and practice new technological developments for the company
- Run discovery sessions, architecture assessments, and technical workshops with existing and potential clients
