Job Description

As the Sales Senior Director for Dynamics 365, you will lead our sales efforts in driving the adoption and expansion of D365 consulting services within our esteemed Microsoft Dynamics Practice. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage a team while also actively engaging in sales activities to drive revenue and foster client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve sales targets and foster professional development.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive the growth of D365 consulting services, focusing on new business acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers, to understand their business needs and position D365 solutions effectively.
  • Drive the consultative sales process from prospecting to closure, including lead generation, qualification, solution presentations, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate closely with the delivery team to ensure alignment between client expectations and project delivery, providing input and insights to shape solution offerings and delivery approaches.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Effectively utilize sales tools, CRM systems, and reporting mechanisms to track sales activities, pipeline development, and performance metrics.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the technology consulting or professional services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, with a focus on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE).
  • Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform, including its capabilities, features, and value proposition for clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster a collaborative work environment, and drive performance excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
