Location: Indiana (with travel to Michigan and Illinois)

  • Participate actively in community events to engage with potential guests and establish valuable local connections.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor actions in your area.
  • Design and implement local marketing campaigns aimed at boosting sales and fostering community involvement.
  • Organize and oversee both on-site and off-site events, such as restaurant openings and outreach initiatives.
  • Ensure the accurate display of marketing materials within restaurants and assist in budget development and campaign performance tracking.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager in crafting localized social media strategies and managing customer engagement.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations for collaborative promotion opportunities.
  • Address the needs of existing partnerships while seeking new prospects to achieve key performance metrics.

Required Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven skill in navigating change within a dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with multi-unit operations in sectors like retail, hospitality, or restaurant environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Salesforce, and Serve Safe Food Handlers certification is advantageous.
  • Ability to excel in a hybrid or remote work setting.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus.

Qualifications
