Position Overview

This remote position involves engaging with customers via inbound calls, addressing inquiries, and providing top-notch service, all while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to incoming calls and fulfilling member requests
  • Addressing customer complaints and effectively resolving issues
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions
  • Upholding high standards of service quality
  • Managing inbound calls throughout the majority of assigned shifts
  • Performing additional tasks as needed

Required Skills

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and a professional speaking voice
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Exceptional listening and comprehension skills
  • A team-oriented mindset coupled with robust interpersonal skills
