Job Overview

We are in search of a meticulous Labor Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This remote role plays a pivotal part in validating the accuracy of Daily Timekeeping, Per Diem, and Travel documentation for our Field employees nationwide. You will collaborate closely with Field Crews, Job Leads, Labor Managers, and Payroll to ensure adherence to state labor regulations and maintain accurate timekeeping records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily entry of all hours worked by Field Employees.
  • Confirm daily Hotel Room numbers for Field Employees for Per Diem calculations.
  • Monitor and validate all anticipated Field Employees’ Travel Miles on a daily basis.
  • Engage with Field Personnel to resolve any discrepancies in Hours, Room numbers, or Travel data.
  • Verify daily Clock In/Clock Out Times, including breaks as necessary.
  • Track and confirm Approved Time Off and Vacation records for Field Employees.
  • Oversee and validate Approved Sick Time for Field Employees.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll Department at the end of each Pay Cycle to ensure the accuracy of all Field Employee hours, Per Diem, and Travel documentation.
  • Provide organizational and communication support to the Labor team.

Required Skills

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Professional demeanor accompanied by outstanding communication abilities.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and proficiency in multitasking.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to attendance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred but not essential.
