Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan and oversee logistics for local conferences and events, including vendor management and travel arrangements.
  • Facilitate local industry events in key sales territories, ensuring alignment with the sales team’s objectives.
  • Organize roadshows by selecting suitable venues, coordinating accommodations, and arranging travel.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and leverage strategic opportunities for regional events.
  • Manage event registrations, attendee communications, and on-site support to guarantee seamless execution.
  • Create promotional content and event materials to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Conduct post-event analyses to gather insights and suggest enhancements for future initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with industry organizations, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to optimize event effectiveness.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
