Human Resources Recruitment and Retention Specialist - Remote

Role Overview

We are in search of an enthusiastic and committed Recruitment and Retention Specialist to become a valuable member of our team. This pivotal role focuses on attracting exceptional talent and ensuring that our workforce feels appreciated and engaged. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in recruitment and retention methodologies, outstanding communication skills, and a genuine commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Human Resources Director to formulate and implement innovative recruitment strategies that attract proficient candidates.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, encompassing job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Create and manage new hire profiles within our HRIS system, including the preparation of onboarding materials.
  • Allocate time off policies and report new hires to state authorities, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their staffing needs and associated job specifications.
  • Leverage diverse recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networking events, to connect with a broad range of candidates.
  • Establish and sustain a talent pipeline to address future hiring demands.
  • Maintain precise records and data throughout the recruitment process.
